The General Director & CEO will be responsible for defining the vision for the Florentine with a detailed approach to financial sustainability and dynamic programming. This entrepreneurial leader will promote a culture of transparency and access intended to capture the interest of new audiences, welcome back past patrons, and nourish a robust business model that will support artistic and institutional innovation. The General Director & CEO will activate positive change for the company from within through effective governance and oversight all the while establishing a culture of trust, caring, and celebration that values group and individual contributions towards the long-term success of the Florentine.
