Hello All,

Yesterday was our final performance, so today the tour is officially over.  I’m very sad. I had such a wonderful time performing and meeting so many great kids, and hanging out with the rest of the talented cast.

This is me before the last show. I'm sad, but my friend Anne is helping cheer me up.

I have to say, our final week was a whole lot of fun. Last Friday, we were at the Shauer Arts Center in Hartford.  What a beautiful venue! We performed on a big stage with a huge audience, AND we had a children’s chorus again, which is always so much fun! This time, our singers were from Erin School, and they were all SOOO wonderful!

On Monday we went to St. Marcus Lutheran- here’s a picture of some of the students- they were such a wonderful audience, and we really had a great time performing for them.

But one of the best parts of the whole tour for me happened yesterday at College Park Elementary in Greendale. The students (and teachers) liked it so much, they gave us a standing ovation! I couldn’t believe it! I’ve never experienced anything like that before. It was such a wonderful feeling and a great way to end the tour.

But now it’s all over, and I’m very sad. But on to the next thing I guess. My next job is to go hang out with my friend Karen in the Florentine’s costume shop and help all of them prepare for the Florentine’s upcoming show, “Venus and Adonis” and “Dido and Aeneas”. It’s a double bill, which is really exciting, and I’m really looking forward to helping out wherever I can. You all should really see the show, it should be wonderful. Well, I have to say goodbye now. thank you for being such loyal fans and following me on my journey around Wisconsin with the Billy Goats Gruff.

Happy Tromping,
