Every Florentine Opera educational program is designed to enhance the learning experience for students and assist educators in meeting curricular requirements. Teacher Resource Guides are provided to educators in advance of every in-school visit or main stage production. These guides are designed to provide tools to prepare students and teachers for the show. Each guide includes plot synopses, background information, suggestions for discussions and student activities, and a CD that highlights the specific programs musical elements.

Treat yourself to a night out at the opera! Teachers receive a discount of 15% for any ticket with a valid school ID, subject to availability. This exclusive offer is limited to two tickets per ID. For tickets and scheduling information click on the "Tickets" link above.

STUDENT RUSH TICKETS

The Florentine Opera offers STUDENT RUSH tickets to all mainstage performances. These tickets are $15 and go on sale one hour prior to any performance. These rates are also available to homeschooling students and educators.
