Ms. Henry’s career is deeply rooted in the Milwaukee community. A proud alumna of the Baumgartner Studio Artist program, she recently returned to the Florentine Opera to perform the role of Micaëla in Carmen, a portrayal celebrated for its emotional depth and vocal agility. Her prestigious training also includes the Ryan Opera Center at Lyric Opera of Chicago and The Juilliard School.
In recent seasons, Ms. Henry made her Metropolitan Opera debut in Die Frau ohne Schatten and earned a Grammy nomination for her portrayal of Lucy Harker in the world premiere recording of The Lord of Cries. On the concert stage, she has appeared with the Dallas Symphony, the National Symphony Orchestra, and the Milwaukee Symphony.
