A Fundraiser, But Make It Fun
As the Milwaukee Public Museum prepares to move to its new home, the legendary Streets of Old Milwaukee will not be making the journey. Before these cobblestones become history, join us for one final, extraordinary evening under the gaslights.
Ditch the formal dinner plates for cocktails, crave-worthy bites, pop-up magic, tarot readings, and a high-energy performance. It’s a nostalgic final toast to a place we’ve all loved—and a piece of Milwaukee history you’ll never be able to experience again.

Event Timeline (the quick-and-dirty version, because we know you just want to know when the party starts):
6:30 PM – Cocktails + Culinary Mischief
Come hungry! We’ve got plenty of fabulous food to keep you fueled. Grab a seat or snag a bar table, clink a glass with a friend (or make a new one), and let us bring the treats to you. Our friends will also be floating around—tarot readers, poets-on-demand, and a few characters in costumes you’ll wish you owned.
8:00 PM – Opera + Fast Fun(draising)
A knockout opera performance followed by the quickest paddle raise you’ve ever seen. We promise: in, out, money raised, mission supported—then straight back to the party.
9:00 PM – A Stroll Through Old Milwaukee
Step back in time and wander through the charming, gas-lit avenues of the Milwaukee Public Museum's Streets of Old Milwaukee for a nightcap. Expect surprise performances, a few of your favorite singers popping up in vintage storefronts where you least expect them, plenty of buzz (liquid and otherwise), and a sweet ending with delightful desserts.
